Plans and implements sales strategies and other sales related programs to meet the Sales group’s monthly objectives. Monitors Sales Executive's performance vis-à-vis the quota. Supervises the training of new Sales Executive's. Evaluates and does periodic checks on the Sales Executive's overall performance.
A. Education :
College graduate preferably major in Management, Business Accounting, Finance, Engineering or any equivalent course
B. Type of experience and length of time required :
At least 2-3 years Sales Supervisor or equivalent rank (Group Sales Manager) with proven track record.
C. Specialized technical skill / special talents required :
1. Managerial Skill (PLOC)
2. Basic Automotive technology knowledge
3. Selling Skills (specially closing)
4. Training Skills
