Job Summary
1) Handles the monitoring & documentation of associates performance reports inclusive of
evaluation & disciplinary action imposition.
2) In-charge of generating & providing procedures, system improvements & activities that will influence the work performance of associates.
3) Prepares monthly government mandatory related reports.
4) Prepares office supplies monthly inventory & requisition to head office.
5) Performs liaison field task.
6) Conduct Hardware/Software maintenance, troubleshooting & monitoring of organization IT related assets & equipments.
Full-Time position
Reports to: Senior Area Head Coordinator
Requirements:
> Single
> Male/Female
> 21 – 32 y/o
> willing to work overtime and thrives under pressure
> willing to be assigned in Gateway General Trias Cavite
> Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
> Required skill(s): organized, can ride a motorcycle(optional), can drive Automatic/Manual Transmission (optional)
>At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
> Applicants must be willing to work in General Trias,GMA.
