Requirements:

• Supervise a group of Test Technician that repair and maintain Test Machine and Equipment.
• Supervise a group of Product Technician that repair and analyze Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
• Provide technical support when needed and share some technical knowledge base on own actual experience.
• Coordinates with Production Support Group for product quality improvement. * Interface with Customer Engineering Group to resolve problem with regards to In
• Circuit and Functional/Final Testing.
• Work with Continues Improvement Team to update software/hardware for improved test and product quality.
• Work with Quality Assurance Group to develop methods of controlling and documenting test procedures and test software.
• Work with teams of Process Engineers to improve test processes for better factory and field quality.
• Identify and resolves test related defects to reduced defects per unit (DPU).Debugging of In-Circuit Tester and repair various test machines.
• Ensure Test Machines and Equipment meets company safety requirements.
• Ensure that all Test Machine have their regular monthly preventive maintenance as per scheduled.
• Train Test Technician and Product Technician. -Perform other duties and task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
