Manufacturing Manager
at Big Philippines Corp in Silang
Primary Responsibilities and Authorities:
He is responsible to check and control manufacturing management and manpower cost. Implement all company policies, rules and regulations strictly and objectively. He is also authorized to start and stop machines from operation.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Signs the documents that pertains to manufacturing operation, and authorize to make decision for major problems.
2. Ensures the achievement of manufacturing target and quality goals.
3. Assist in the ISO 9001 and 14000, TS 16949 and EMR Documentation.
4. Report to adviser any problem on manufacturing documentation and improvement plan.
5. Conduct some teaching or training to all supervisors/leaders.
6. Submits monthly report on production performance, manufacturing losses, and cost analysis to the adviser.
7. Attend to supplier and customer’s meeting to know the problem (e.g. delivery problem) and their request. Or initiate meeting with the customers.
8. Check 7’S in all area of production.
9. Monitoring the efficiency and maximizes manpower and machines utilization.
10. Ensures that all production equipment and the likes are in good operating condition at all times.
11. Performs other tasks deemed necessary by the company.
