Responsibilities:

• A generalist Human Resources leadership position for our Customer Care Center (Call Center team) involves providing HR skills and advise to Business Leaders in areas of employee relations and services, recruitment & selection as well as compensation & benefits, statutory and company provided; Steers a work environment of happy and motivated employees through all year round employee relations, programs and services which in turn result in HR having a significant value and positive effect on the bottom line of the business.

• This position is the central point of contact for the designated area of the business on all HR policies and processes. Ensures that there are synergies developed among the different areas within the Manufacturing organization by way of consistency of Policy and Process. Provides recommendations of improvements to policy, guidelines as to legal implications and ensure compliance with regional and corporate policy and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• 7+ years experience in an HR Generalist position or similar, 3 years of which in a leadership capacity.
• Multinational exposure in a Call Center environment.
• Oracle HR or HRIS.
• Knowledge of local employment law.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Detail driven individual with an eye for detail.
• Demonstrates a methodical work organization.
• Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal/ external clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
