Responsibilities:

• Device parameters definition and standardization for Final Test: -handler index times (by model/kit/sites) and evaluations; update and enhance FT MMR standards – daily FT test and index time audits, drive Engg/Planning for update and closure
• Drive productivity improvements projects for Final Test: – FT – TR improvement project; Streamlining on Tube Stopper process; Receiving-IQA merging
• Data Automation / Paperless Transactions – Define OEE standards and metrics for calculation; define business process for review and update in Cap Plan
• Eqpt status categorization; inherent downtime standards; Lot size and UPH definition
• Area IE requirements for Non ATE Operations (Bath, Burn In, AirCal, Drift) and other support area (FVI, Packer, Scrapper, Dispatch, Test QA/OQA, etc)
• Look into other probable projects and usage rates standards: -TR/Shipping material usage standards; Tote, tubes, trays management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position gained from Semiconductor Industry
• Knowledgeable in IE tools and concepts – time and motion study, MMR, streamlining, and optimization techniques
• Layout ACAD, factory metrics such as OEE/Productivity index is a plus
• Well versed in English and Filipino, communicates well and can lead teams
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gen. Trias,Cavite.
