Qualifications:

• Male

1.Education & Experience: BS in Engineering or Technical Degree with equivalent experience. At least one year experience in an engineering discipline with concentration on sourcing all kinds of electronics materials

2.Skills:

a.Good interpersonal, project management and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues
b.Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner
c.Highly organized self-starter
d.Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems and use good judgment
e.Technical detail-oriented
f.Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment
g.Knowledge of ISO and other recognized international quality system standards
h.Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment

Preferred:

1.Knowledge of world class quality techniques and implementation
2.Experience with FMEA, DOE, SPC
3.Experience with electronic components and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
4.Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience
