Requirements:

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, and/or other similar course.

Functions:

• Employee Relations-facilitates Communication programs between the Mgt. and its employees.Handle assistance program.Policy interpretation. Issuance of DA based on CRR.

• Other duties as assigned

• With a minimum requirement of one year related experience preferably in a Manufacturing set-up

• With knowledge in Human Resource specifically Recruitment and Training.

• With knowledge in implementation of company policy.

• Matured, result-oriented and good in both oral & written communications

• With good leadership skills and interpersonal relationship
