  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Preferably CPA.
  • At least 2-3 years of related work experience as Accounting Officer/Accountant.
  • Has background in Property Management Industry.
  • Knowleadgeable in accounting system and Microsoft Office Application.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  •  Must be keen to details.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work with  minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • Mentally and physically fit.
  • Willing to work on extended hours.
  • Must be honest.
  • With good moral character.
  • Willing to be assigned outside Cavite area.
