Position to be deployed in AVIDA LAND CORP.
a. Assists Customer Relations Unit in all the undertakings related to the timely turnover of units and efficient implementation of community related activities.
b. Coordinates and handles ad hoc duties on site/head office (e.g. Meralco and other buyer concerns) and ensures proper endorsement to HCD and APMC in addressing such concerns.
c. Submits weekly report to present progress on all pending accounts.
d. Communicates with agents/brokers to trace history of accounts and documents.
e. Meets with buyers for document retrieval and signature as part of document recovery.
f. Consolidates reports from APSI to document recovery.
a. Must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate
b. Open to fresh graduates. No work experience required.
c. Willing to do fieldwork/travel.
d. Good oral and written communication skills
e. Has a strong sense of urgency and accountability
f. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
g. Willing to travel twice a week from Avida Cavite to Avida Head Office, Taguig. Transpo expenses will be shoulder by the company.
h. Must be residence of Cavite, Alabang, and nearby areas.
i. Willing to be assigned in Dasmarinas & Bacoor, Cavite.
