JOB POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE 2 (MARKETING)
The primary role of Business Development Associate is to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients. He/she will develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations. He/she will set sales targets and achieve them on a consistent basis. He/she will partner with business development and marketing managers to create and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. He/she might also assist with the development of marketing materials, analyses business competition and maintain corporate contact lists.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance
- Has at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development works from local or international A/E/C firms
- Has a proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales quota for service-oriented firms with a minimum of 25-40 million pesos per annum or better.
- Single/Married, Male/Female with pleasing personality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
- Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, in-person contacts, and presentations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and senior management for business expansions and new opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails.
- Assist senior management in deal negotiations and contract development.
- Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
- Write proposals and client presentation.
- Engage in client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: identifying decision makers, establishing contact relationships, schedules and conducts new client visits, attend meetings and client presentation.
- Call prospective or existing clients to obtain and/or close agreements for services.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete required reporting and paperwork on a timely basis.
- Develop and execute daily plan.
- Attend events to represent the company for service promotions.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create reports and communicate with clients and other departments.
- Handles client call, client visit, and field work.
- Attend training programs, conferences, and seminars.
- Update clients’ database regularly through Pipedrive.

- Latest NBI Clearance, Police Clearance
- Driver’s License is a must.
