JOB POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE 3 (CONTENT MARKETER)
The primary role of Business Development Associate (Researcher/Content Marketing) is to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. He/she must be interested in communicating with clients through online channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 - 3 years social media marketing experience, which can be gained through internships or similar employment
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR, Communications, IT or related field
- Single/Married, Male/Female with pleasing personality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain contact information of potential customers through internet research.
- Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity.
- Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content to social networking sites.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on feedback from clients.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective clients, like promotions and competitions.
- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms (website included)
- Creates engaging text, image, and video content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
- Develop and implement strategies with marketing team.
- Perform clerical duties as needed.
