  • The Distribution Supervisor directly reports to the Logistics Manager and responsible to convert sales orders into delivery invoices and complete turnover of all delivery docs to CCD/Accounting.
  • Ensures accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. 
  • Immediately attends to customer queries and resolves complaints.
  • He/She supervises the distribution team's operations to achieve departmental goals and objectives
