Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required Skill(s): SAP, CPA
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
Good background of strong adherence to internal controls and accounting standards
Ensure and Maintains high rate of compliance
Formulate guidelines for system procedures, initiate controls and methodolgies
Development of innovative and creative approaches in covering issues and challenges in work group and other department
Training and development of subordinates for career advancement
Knowledge of tax law and regulations for proper processing and compliance of government reportorial requirement
