Strategy and Policy Formulation:
- Develop strategies and action plans that influence the achievement of HR’s Key Result Areas.
- Manage the systematic and consistent application of HR and Administration policies.
Recruitment and Staffing
- Establish and periodically review organizational structure and manpower complement to match operational goals and objectives.
- Manage all recruitment activities at all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate and endorse recommendation of all employee movements, such as Permanency of probationary employees, Salary adjustments, Promotion, Demotions, Transfers etc.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Establish internal equity and competitive compensation and salary structure:
- Update and gather data through surveys on latest developments related to salaries and benefit packages being offered in the market.
- Regularly review the employee salary movements, salaries and benefits and compare with community practices
- Establish recommendations, whenever necessary, to improve internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Manage all activities to ensure accurate and efficient administration of payroll and benefits.
- Manages all concerns and issues related to payroll and benefits that will affect employee morale.
- Design and implement Performance Management System that will determine objective performance evaluation results of individual employees and yield Individual Development Plan for high performers, while Performance Improvement Plan for low performers
- Formulate, review and update Job Descriptions and Key Result Areas of all positions across all levels.
- Conduct Performance Management and work with the concerned managers in the execution and interpretation of the results of the performance assessment exercise
Training and Organizational Development:
- Formulate and implement learning systems and solutions aimed at maximizing talent improve organization effectiveness, based from the results of the assessment tools for structure, culture, people and capabilities
- Design and implement customized learning interventions that will strengthen the competencies of all employees across all levels.
- Collaborate with Managers in establishing and implementing employee training and developmental plans.
- Design and implement a succession program that would increase the availability of capable employees ready to assume key leadership position
Employee Engagement & Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement core Labor Relations and Employee Engagement policies and programs that foster positive working relationships between employees across the company, while meeting organizational, social and legal standards.
- Manage and guide Supervisors and Managers on the appropriate action on employee cases.
- Evaluate and elevate to the proper channels all matters that carry potential legal and financial liabilities to the organization.
- Build and maintain harmonious working relationships among employees in the different levels and organizational units through:
- Conduct periodic dialogues with employees
- Execute customize employee activities that provide venues for interaction. E.g. sports and social events.
HR Operations and Employee Data Management:
- Manage the day to day operations of all the Key Result Areas of the Human Resources Team.
- Manage all activities that will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and security of all employee records.
