Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
Updates all Human Resource records and reports. Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Prepares correspondence.
Assists with recruitment and interview process.
Assists with new employee background checks.
Prepares new employee files
Assists with the preparation of the performance evaluation of employees and faculty.
Assists with processing of resignation and terminations.
Assists Asst. HR Section Head with various research projects and/or special projects
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by OIC, HRS Head.
Schedules conferences by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or restaurants.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
