As the HR Specialist, you will handle and provide support for various HR employee programs which includes recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, file organization, employee engagement activities within GP Synergia.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Development of a superior workforce.
Development of the Human Resources department
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
Health and safety of the workforce
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Provide information and assistance to staff, and supervisors on human resource and work related issues.
