Salary Range
- Php28,000.00 to Php38,000.00 per month
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, major of logistics Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel, word and outlook.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and the position, and manufacturing background is preferred.
- Have valid Customs Declaration certificate as well as other necessary certificates for logistics handling.
- Proficient in all processes and documentation of import and export of goods. Including logistics, inspection, and customs declaration and so on.
- Has good foresight to potential abnormal customs declaration, strong on-site communication and coordination ability and cost control awareness.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of customs and other departments.
- Can properly handle and solve the difficult and complicated problems in the work.
- Stable personality, strong ability to resist pressure, holidays to deal with affairs.
- Have the professional knowledge of the related product category.
Job description
- Responsible for all logistics related work of import and export, including documentation, customs declaration, commodity inspection, and Customs inspection and transportation arrangements.
- Tracking and handling of abnormal situations during the complete logistics procedure of import and export.
- Responsible for communication and coordination with customs and other government departments, complete routine customs clearance operations, reduce customs risks.
- Commodity Coding Processing.
- Transportation cost control.
