1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/ Vocational Course 2. Minimum of 1-2 years of repair & maintenance experience. Hand on experience with machines and equipments used in large building or residential complex is highly desirable 3. Good knowledge and understanding of machines and the preventive procedures 4. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken 5. Computer literate 6. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
