College graduate min. associate as Administrative assistant or Secretary

Main missions; 

  • Administrative management of office and company interface with government agencies (SSS, PagIbig, PhilHealth, BIR ...)
  • Copy/Scan/Archive company's documents (Invoices, P.O., Contracts, Reports, Tender, accounting,…).
  • Admin tasks: paperwork, vat, officials, copy/scan/classification of various internal documentation, planning coordination, local support.
  • Creation and regular updates of an internal database of contact and companies.
  • Business Intelligence: reading the news, being active on social network (especially LinkedIn) and report every information relating to our main activity.
  • Various support during peak activity (Prequalification, Tender, Exhibition, Conference, Networking Event, Special Event…).
  • Report weekly activity (see attachment) by filling the internal form.
  • Attend Meetings and write MoM.

Language: Good commands of English mandatory
