QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• at least 3 years’ experience as PCO in a manufacturing set-up
• with 40 hours of Basic PCO Training
• Knowledgeable of the following:
  1. Water Pollution Control
  2. Air Pollution Control
  3. Treatment for toxic and hazardous waste
• with knowledge of DENR regulatory requirements, EMS/OHSAS Management System
• Facilitate compliance of the establishment
• Knowledgeable in MS Application (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
