  • Manages the project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
  • Monitors and communicates the progress of the project to the client
  • Reviews project plans and proposals, and works with management to develop project objectives
  • Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project. Calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project
  • Prepare and distributes a description and timeline of the project
  • Studies product design, customer requirements performance standards, then determines project specifications
  • Presents cost estimates and performance standards
  • Conduct tests assuring safe and satisfactory product performance
  • Prepares status reports and reguarly monitor budgets, contractors and schedule
  • Keeps an accurate record and electronic data base of all elements of the project
  • Presents procedures, rules and regulations to those involved in the project
  • Maintains project integrity and reputation through compliance with rules and regulations of the client and the company
  • Evaluates performance of workers, key personnel and recommends courses of action to improve performance\
