•Handles the end to end process of procurement
including the canvassing, placing of purchase orders,
receiving, requesting for payment and coordination
with the Finance Dept. for status of payment.

•Monitors the stock level of supplies and initiate 
purchase as needed.

•Ensures the quality of goods, equipment and
services received/delivered.

•Maintain purchasing information, files and
records in proper filing.

•Research potential vendors.
