Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering or any related degree

Licensed Chemical Engineer is an advantage

With atleast 2 years supervisory or managerial work experience particularly in production or quality control

Well knowledgeable in ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, implementation and documentation

With good management and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Decisive, Dependable, hardworking and with leadership ability

Can work under pressure

With experience in rubber manufacturing
