Responsible for the maintenance, facilitation, preparation and evaluation of all students'records.
Duties and responsibilities:
Controls the flow, safety and security of students' files and records.
Update lists and records.
Ensures accuracy of data regarding student's records.
Facilitates reconstruction of lost or missing records and files.
Facilitates the filing and storing of active and inactive files.
Orders, keeps and control accomplished F-137, diploma, letterhead, class cards, report cards,promotion, and the transcript of records of college students.
Facilitates the preparation and issuance of manuscripts of Records/Transfer credential of students and certification of records especially the graduating students.
Handles the evaluation of students' academic performance for graduation.
Manages records under my personal custody.
Ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information especially of students records.
Submits required report for the graduating college students.
Perform other duties assigned by superior.
