Summary of Key Functions: 

1. Responsible for SAP encoding & entry of Production Order and Issuance to Production (PO)
2. Responsible for SAP Turn-In
3. Responsible for SAP Goods Receipt Purchased Order (GRPO) for Prod. Raw Materials and Packaging.
4. Responsible for creation of Delivery Note (DN)
5. Responsible for SAP Purchase Request (PR) of Prod. Raw Materials, Packaging and product from W – Mandaue and CCC for WHI use.
6. Coordinates to Head Office the issues and concern regarding SAP.
7. Responsible for Pre-count on assigned warehouse
8. Responsible for Verification of assigned warehouse
9. Responsible for Consolidation of month end count (Actual vs. SAP)
10. Responsible for Daily SW Inventory Monitoring

I.              MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• With Bachelor Degree of any course
• Not more than 30 years of age, Single or Married.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Had background in SAP Business One.
