JOB POSITION: STRUCTURAL CAD DETAILER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
His main function in the organization is to encode plans, details, and other pertinent shop/erection drawings that the engineers have design or assigned by his superiors. He should be able to verify and deliver accurate drawings on his own. He must be able to determine spatial conflicts with the architectural versus the structural drawings and have it decided by his superiors. He must be hardworking, can work under pressure (speed and accuracy in CAD encoding is the primary requirement) and willing to extend hours, has the ability to find solutions to challenges related to his work, very fast and well-versed in the operation of 2D CAD software, and willing to improve his skills and become remarkable in his craft. He should be able to handle local and international projects.
COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture/Engineering (licensed preferred but not required)
- Single Male/Female
- Highly proficient (speed, accuracy, and technical knowhow) in operating AutoCAD 2018 or higher
- Working knowledge in REVIT and TEKLA Structures is an advantage but not required
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Result-oriented candidates with high level of competencies to work within a dynamic team towards achieving remarkable result are a perfect fit
- Willing to be trained and can render overtime.
- High-level of work ethics and trustworthiness.
- Very proficient in oral and written communication
- Candidates must possess organizational and time management skills and demonstrate high professionalism and strong work ethics
- FRESH GRADUATES FROM REPUTABLE UNIVERSITIES WITH STRONG PROFICIENCY IN CAD (IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE WITH SPEED AND ACCURACY IN 2D AND 3D MANIPULATION USING AutoCAD 2018 AND UP) & EXCELLENT ACADEMIC BACKGROUND ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
