Job Summary

• Use advanced design/illustration skills to develop custom graphic assets that convey complex information in chart, graph, logo, icon, or infographic format in order to give a brand style and storytelling power
• Creates, refines and delivers on-brand consumer messaging and brand story to be used across various touch points - packaging, product marketing collateral, and brand experience
• Ensure to produce creative visual materials including GIFs, Animation, and banners for Websites, social media and other online platforms.
• Ensure that delivered designs and animation achieves visual, quality, and timeliness requirements
• Should create consistent brand image with concise brand message representation for the company and its clients
• Communicate high level concepts with confidence and provide clear feedback and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with the current online and offline marketing and visual trends

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a strong knowledge in visual design and animation or any related field
• Superior skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other professional design tools
• Must be a fast creative talent who moves efficiently through the phases of creative development while ensuring appropriate input along the way
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities (including content management demands), communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
• Ability to self-start, initiate change, and work independently while staying on tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
• Ability to think creatively with strong interest in the industry
• Has to be interpersonally competent
