Call Center Agent - Chat Support
at Myservice And Support Corp. in Dasmarinas
Qualifications:
- Average to excellent in spelling, grammar and communication skills
- Can type 40-45 words per minute with atleast 90% accuracy
- Ability to multi-task (handling 5 or more chats concurrently/simultaneously)
- Ability to independently research information via the net
- Ability to navigate 3 or more tools
- Willing to work in shifting schedules/holidays
- Call center experience is preferred but not required
