  • Reviews, plans and makes forecast on manpower and materials and details of work requirements
  • Organizes work loading and utilization of manpower resources ensuring all workers perform according to WORK STANDARDS of ANT and the CLIENTS
  • Supervises site fabrication and installation to ensure that quality standards of clients are met
  • Consults superiors on work alterations, modifications or additional works as required by client
  • Implements safety rules and ensures that all workers compky with safety standards. Implements the ZERO ACCIDENT policy
  • Implements ZERO MANPOWER LOSS POLICY at the site
  • Keep track of laborand materials utilization to ensure that production cost is within the budget
  • Prepares the following:
  • - Weekly Work Schedule Forecast and Daily Work Schedule
  • - Project Status and Accomplishment Reports
  • - Material and Labor estimates for proposals and jon orders
  • - Technical and shop drawings needed for the porject
  • - Manpower Daily Activities
  • - Manpower Evaluation Report
  • Implements Company Rules and Regulations
  • Evaluates performance of workers and recommends courses of action to improve performance
  • Ensures that all materials, ducts and other logistical requirments of the project are served according to schedule
  • Updates head office (ANT General Trias Plant) of any developments on project and manpower regularly
  • Facilitates submission of Daily Manpower report and other reports required by the Head Office
