Qualification:
• B. S. in Electrical Engineering, Licensed PEE, Masters Degree preferred
• Must possess a Professional Electrical Engineer license with 5-10 years exp in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance in a consultancy, manufacturing, utility or oil/gas environment.
• Planning and Forecasting: Owns the development of the electrical system design; plans and owns its capital forecasting and execution.
• Design and Construction: Responsible for the design conceptualization and overall improvement of the facilities electrical system to comply with acceptable practices, standards, and codes.
• Efficiency Improvement: He will be developing and implementing improvement programs for the safety, control/ reliability, efficiency and cost-competitiveness of the electrical systems.
1. Knowledgeable with the PEC,NEC, IEC Standards; local and international standards and codes of practice, its interpretation and application
2. Experience in plant electrical systems: 34.5kV and low voltage distribution, protection relays, BMS, line conditioners, UPS and standby generators systems.
3. Expertise in manual and software based load flow analysis, protection coordination and short circuit calculations.
4. Experience in design conceptualization, cost estimate, materials take-off, QA/QC, installation, testing and commissioning, operation and maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of Item 2 above.
5. Experience in value engineering, energy management, SPC, efficiency evaluation and reliability improvement.
6. Experience in TPM, TQC, Kaizen, ISO, requirements, implementation, documentation, and improvement.
7. Established network with utility companies, organizations, and government agencies related to electrical engineering practices. 8. Knowledgeable with Semiconductor standards for facilities tools and testing. |
