| Job Description:
� Works with client organization to conduct workforce planning to proactively determine staffing requirement.
� Plans most effective sourcing strategy that will attract and hire best candidate for the identified positions.
� Coordinates with schools with regards to Job Fairs, Internship programs and other Campus Recruitment Activities.
� Conducts interviews and work with hiring team to recruit prospective employees and makes recommendations on starting salaries to hiring managers.
� Participates and leads projects both regional and site wide
� Ability to generate high caliber candidates that matches the Hiring Department's requirement through various sourcing channels is a must.
Qualification:
� Consultancy skills, Strategic thinking, and project management skills necessary to be effective in the new role of Staffing consultant.
� Employer marketing experience a definite advantage.
� Bachelors degree in Behavioral Sciences or Industrial Engineering required |
