Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry is desired.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Develop systems, tools and web-based applications for the IEs in the virtual factory. Has demonstrated the skills in sofware and web-based programming. Ability to listen/influence/work with the customer to est. requirements. Ensure timely completion of tasks/projects. Use judgment in data analysis to develop/design solutions for complex biz processes. Knowledge of business practices of Assembly & Test Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering is a plus. Willingness to take ownership+ push projects through to completion. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, Customer Support skills and work in team environment. Agility and willingness to hit the ground running. Good follow-through, strong commitment to task, tolerance for ambiguity/business changes. Ability to work cross-site/cross-culture, must be self motivated/directed and flexible. Experience with PLC, driving productivity+efficiency improvements. Experience in executing test/implementation plans, leading migrations, replication set up etc. Proficiency in: ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, Visual Basic,SQL Server 2000 database using structured query language, triggers or stored procedures, a MUST. Knowledge in linear programming, operations research and iLOG a PLUS. BS in CS/ Information Systems or BS/MS in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry is desired. |
