Qualification:
� Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
� At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
� Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite.
� Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
� Preferably supervisor / 5 yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
� Full-Time positions available.
� Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research and collaborates with program developers and applications developers in design, development and implementation of different training interventions.
� Provide creative solutions to problems in program delivery.
