Full-time Purchasing Assistant

at International British Academy in Imus

•Preferably with previous experience as Purchasing Staff/ Purchasing Planner in an office environment. Exposure to a school environment would be ideal.
•Has experience in dealing with both local and overseas suppliers.
•Has excellent negotiating skills with a track record of integrity. and is able to multi-task.
•Good team player with recognized analytical, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
•Highly reliable in writing, documentation and coordination and with the ability to multi-task.
•Work well under pressure and able to work independently.
•Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and knows how to use the Internet effectively to find suppliers.
