PSD to HTML Developer
at LEENTech Network Solutions in Cavite Area
I'm looking for a coder to help me convert a 3 PSDs (homepage and 2 similar inside page) into fully valid and tested HTML/CSS.
I will not pay for low quality work. Only bid if you are familiar with Dreamweaver and CSS coding.
Budget for project is $30-$60
This is a simple project, but needs to be done pixel perfect. I will send payment after work is finished and reviewed. I'm a freelancer too, and hate to do this, but lately I have receive very low quality, unusable coding, so I will pay once I have reviewed the project. Unless you have a solid portfolio.
Winning bid will be selected depending on portfolio and price.
